Reading CenterThe Moral Education Department takes the lead in cultivating the comprehensive qualities of each C&F student, like those universal abilities (expression skills, communication skills, cooperation skills, etc.). C&F uses English as a carrier to stimulate student’s interest in learning, develop good behavior, cultivate student’s efficiency, self-learning ability, self-reliance, tenacity of life skills, self-confidence, and develop character. These qualities help the students become better citizens in our society.
English Teaching Support assists the teaching department in reaching their goals via helping to strengthen the teaching results through homework collection and correction, supervise the teaching quality through classroom management, and maintaining communication with parents and teachers to achieve the best teaching results.
The head teacher is the most important learning partner for each C&F family. They are also the most important link for each class and various C&F platform resources. Therefore, at C&F, the training goal of the Moral Education Department is to enable each head teacher to have professional class management skills, develop creative thinking, lead by example with a positive attitude, and to guide students as they grow.
The Moral Education College provides ten different improvement courses for head teachers to improve on different skills.
C&F provides six professional skills trainings at different stages of a head teacher’s development.
Head teachers are also exploring new thinking patterns and depth of knowledge in reading in order to enhance students' sense of anticipation and learning outcomes at each stage of learning.
